Michael's remembrance service was held in his local church in Swalecliffe. There were about one hundred parishoners present. Michael's daughter Ruth addresses the congregation about Psalm 91.
One of Michael's former students in Pakistan (Dr Tariq Minhaj) spoke at Michael's remembrance service. Simon, who spent a "gap-year" at Michael's school in Pakistan, in the tea-room after the service of thanksgiving.
Some of Mike's former students and colleagues in Pakistan made a video of them singing, which was played during the service.
